isaiah 43:19
the new thing
hardly ever
reveals itself
at the beginning
it is much more
subtle than that
it is conceived in us
long before it is
born into the world
we must carry it
around a while
deeply within us
to give it time
and space to
form and grow
into what it is
to become
so pay careful
attention lest you
miss the beauty
being done in you
